I know of three other professionals who've often used their
services and are very satisfied.

My daughter had a brake pump replaced on her 2000 Ford
minivan. The original cost of the repair was less than $300.00
Unfortunately the new pump failed while on vacation,1400
miles away. The Ford dealership in Montana replace the pump
and another part that failed as a result of the pump. The
total cost was over $1400.00. After returning to Westfield
Automotive they worked with the pump manufacture and
refunded the whole amount of the repair, $1460.00.
I give this shop A++ rating for honoring not only the
warranted repair for the pump they installed but also the
other part and labor charged by the Ford dealership.

Moved here after 25 years in a different city, so we had to start from scratch finding reputable vendors. Had an LOF at Westfield due to a coupon mailed to the house. The rest is history - we are totally satsified with Neil, Jeff & the rest of the crew. Vicky in the office always has our paperwork ready & greets us by name. Recommend them with no hesitation.
