I purchased a one owner used 1998 Volvo V70 XC Cross Country with about 98,000 miles on the odometer. The previous owner seemed to be more intrested in selling body building equipment than maintaining the Volvo so it came to our business a bit abused and not well maintained. Mike Hash took this poor vehicle in and found the first problem quickly and repaired it quickly. Of course the price was more Volvo than Chevy, but much cheaper than the dealer quote and faster! One repair leads to another but I have not added so much to the bottom line that there is a new boat in the lot. These are great guys behind the counter and in the repair bays. They know their stuff. They are very good at finding the best parts for the best price and pass that savings onto the customer. With an attitude like that I can see why there have been no Better Business Bureau complaints in the past twenty years! If you are in the central Indiana area and need to repair or service your Volvo this is the place.

Myself and my neighbors, friends who have imports (specifically Volvos) have always had good experiences dealing with Jim Hash and his crew. They tell you the problem straight up, what you need to get done and how important it is to have repair made. If it "ain't broke" they don't "fix" it. Very reasonable, fair pricing I have found.

I have only visited them twice but will go nowhere else now. They will physically show me the part they replaced and show me what was wrong. They will not suggest all those other money making repairs just to get a few extra bucks. Enjoy doing business with them, and will take my cars to them only from now on.

Extraordinary service! The mechanic stayed late to fit my emergency repair needs in among 2 1/2 weeks of scheduled repairs and had it ready within 24 hours after I dropper my car off on Monday morning. That saved me two days of rental car costs. Quality workmanship and very fair prices from a trustworthy auto repair shop! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
