I've been treated honestly and fairly and my truck runs well! The waiting room is clean, has wi-fi and Henry, the shop dog, is great.

Jim is the only guy in Bloomington who is NOT afraid of my daughter's Saab 900 SE Turbo. I wouldn't take a European car anywhere else!

Jim is amazing! I won't let anyone else in Bloomington touch my car. Allroad is very accommodating, friendly, and competent, and the bill is always more reasonable than the local dealership. With Jim's advice and excellent quality work, I feel safe and secure driving my 12 year old VW.

Price was great for the advanced procedure and labor intensive job of a timing belt on my 1.8 Passat - owner was confident about the ability to perform the work - clean shop - pleasent fellow. No shuttle service - far from public transport. Please Note: Due to the limitation of this computer program, I was not able to submit without rating how females were treated in comparison to males, so even though I have no data (I've not experienced how females are treated), I selected 'Agree' based of the fellow's mannerisms. This may or may not be accurate, and this category needs a 'Don't Know' choice.

I've used several repair shops in and around Bloomington, and this shop is by far the best. Parts and labor charges are reasonable, the owner/mechanic knows his craft, and the shop is clean and inviting. Appointments are needed, as the owner uses a low-overhead business model where the workflow is scheduled about a week in advance. The shop is located in a rural industrial park south of town, which keeps his overhead low, so plan accordingly.
