David recently Joined Andy at Advanced Auto Care so now the two people I trust most in auto maintenance and repair work together. They have always treated me right and they know how to take care of cars

I am a college-aged girl, and they got me in and out quickly and didn't try to cheat me. I would highly recommend them.

The owner of Advanced Auto, Andy, is extremely honest and explains things in as much detail as desired. I heard a noise coming from the front right wheel which has always been a trouble maker. As an avid Cartalk listener and mechanical virgin, I decided to have it checked before the wheel fell off or something. When Andy couldn't detect the noise I heard, he removed all 4 wheels, opened and double checked the brakes (which he had fixed a couple of months earlier), checked everything he could think of. He said he could not detect anything wrong and especially nothing dangerous. He had multiple people from his shop test drive it looking for the sound. He said if it came back (it wasn't consistent) I should to come back to the shop and he would ride with me personally. What really impressed me was when he said there was NO charge. I offered to pay him something for his time but he refused. He said it was not his policy to charge if nothing was wrong and he wasn't going to change it. Obviously, as a loyal customer I recommend his shop to all my friends and even total strangers. I learned about him from friend as well. His pricing is always significantly less than dealer and in-town shops. His shop is on the town border; takes five more minutes to get there but worth the hundreds of dollars I've saved. The only downside is that he has so much business, you have to wait several days for an appointment. He is a nice guy and I hope he finishes first.

Andy is honest to a fault. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. He's just west of 37 off of Vernal Pike.

Awesome Mehcanic!! Andy is terrific to deal with, and definetly goes above and beyond ! We take all of our vehicles to him, exclusively. He has done more "favors" for us than I can even begin to write about here. I am just so thankful a friend told us about him. Highly recommend him and his shop to anyone!!

After hearing a quote of $680 from the Nissan dealership for new pads and two new rotors, Andy informed me that I didn't need new rotors, and that his price would be $290. Aside from that, the irritating rattle sound that the dealership "thought" was in the suspension, was quickly discovered to be a loose bracket on the exhaust line, and fixed easily. Aside from all this, I needed my car back very quickly for a trip I was taking, and they went out of their way to get it done by then-- they even gave me a ride back to my apartment when dropping off my car. They're real straight-shooters, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Andy and his crew are great. They are very good at explaining problems and show lots of patience when needed. With the exception of once they corrected the problems the first time. That once when there was a problem with the air-conditioning they didn't succeed and neither did an air-conditioning specialty shop or the dealer. The last time I was having a bunch of fluids changed and since car is still under warranty wanted manufacturer fluids (tranmission and coolant). Andy got so busy that he forgot to get the fluids from the dealer so I had to bring the car back the next day. If I hadn't required manufacturer fluids he could have easily done the work. Shop hours are from 8:00 to 5:00. Which is kind of tough to get there to pick up the car if you work a conventional job. He does have a night box so you can drop off your vehicle and leave the key in the box. I would have no problem at all recommending Andy and his crew at Advanced Auto Care to do the job.

Very thorough and very helpful. Nice guys who answered questions and took care of business with no hitches and no upselling. I will definitely take my car there again for repairs.
