Paulli's Import Service has always repaired our cars (Toyota & Volkswagon) in a timely manner and having been a mechanic myself I appreciate when someone does work on our cars that meets my own high standards. In addition, having been in the automobile business myself I really appreciate a business that is run honestly.

My first experience with Mike and Carl Paulli was in
1987. I was in sales and had to travel 40,000 to 50,000
miles per year in Illinois and Wisconsin. I was tired of
being ripped off by the dealers and since I always drove
Toyota brand cars, I went there just to talk with them
because of recommendations from friends that they were
great people and only worked on foreign cars. I was
highly impressed with Mike Paulli's attitude during our
first meeting and now after using only him for all of my
car repairs since 1987, I recommend everyone to him. When
I buy a new Toyota, I take it there for all of the
required warranty maintenance just in case I ever had to
take it to a dealer for warranty work. However, none of
my new Toyota's have ever required any repairs until at
least a year after the warranty had expired. Although
their prices may be higher than others, I assure you that
this is one case where you get what you pay for and that
is hard to find these days. I would trust them with any
problem.
