Owning a VW, it has been difficult to find a qualified mechanic willing and capable to work on VWs closer than 100 plus miles to a dealer. Kuhlys was referred to me by another dealer in town and I was not disappointed. The owner was friendly, knowledgable and had a wonderful sense of humor. He takes the time to interact with the customer and not simply take his/her money. They got my car back on the road as quickly as possible and even appeared to rush it through since they had thought I was paying for a rental while it was in the shop. I will most certainly take my VW back to them in the future.

Hard to find in this area- a good import repair shop with expert and honest technicians. I've tried many, many shops in the Quincy area, and have found this one to be the most knowledgeable on imports, as well as fair on price.

They know what they are doing. If not in his field of speciality he will tell you so. I think you will be extremelly satified with their service and prices

Very courteious and repaired my vehicle in a timely manor. They explained everything that needed done to my car that was broken (nothing extra) and explained why it needed replaced or repaired and how it was to be done. It was nice as a single female that was traveling to be able to feel comfortable with Kuhly's Import.

Glad everyone else has had good experiences with Mark, the owner; wish we would have. He is an acquaintance of my family in the past too, so very shocked to be treated the way we have. He is very condescending, lied about part not even being there, lied about putting the car away at night. Rude to me on the phone, doesn't usually answer the phone. Car was damaged last time it was there, said they would take care of it then body tech not in at TWO trips out there to correct the issue. Still damaged. Now last trip out for more mechianical repairs, owner says 'that didn't happen out here'. Said locked up inside at night, wasn't (we had to go out there late one night to get something out of the car my husband needed for work). Location is HUGELY inconvenient for drop off and pick-up. Seldom ready when he says. We won't be back. This place must just cater to rich people and not care about the common person who lives paycheck to paycheck and only has 1 car.

Top notch family owned and operated biusness! Have been using mark and his staff for years now and wouldn't think of taking it any other place. The staff has always been extremely polite and has taken the time to show me what is wrong with my car instead of just telling me that something is broken. Mark has always been very honest about telling me if something can wait or it needs to be done ASAP knowing that I'm living on a budget. Over all would reccomend this shop to anybody who wants a good shop and most of the time a great experience while I'm there(besides spending money)!

Have been using them for the last couple of years. Have always gotten me in a timely manner. Mark an his other two works have always been very polite to me. If they find something wrong with my car. They like to show me what is going on even when am not there. They will email me pictures to show me the problem. There prices are very competitive. I know they use the factory parts to fix it right an also fix it the first time. Couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else besides Kuhlys.
