I was just passing through the area when my blue engine
temperature light (which had been acting flaky) started
flashing. I pulled off the interstate in Morton IL and
called my dealer in Iowa City, who told me to "stop
driving the car or it will blow up." I didn't imagine the
car was going to blow up, but they were telling me to have
it towed, and I have AAA, so I got it towed, and
Beachler's was the place AAA recommended. The guy Mike at
Beachler's checked everything, called my dealer to check
the answer he came up with, and diagnosed the problem as a
problem with the sensor. The engine temperature was fine,
but the sensor was misreading it. Mike told me that it
was a $20 or $30 part and he showed me where it was in the
engine and told me that it should be a quick fix when I
got it home--but it was safe to drive it home. In other
words, I thought they were great, particularly since I was
stuck and not a car expert. A less honest place could
have ripped me off, and they didn't. Their attitude was
also very informative and friendly.

I use them all the time. They have great customer service! They look for the problem and call about the options, give "if you were my family member" kind of advice and also are reasonably priced! No issue is too small for them, they help me feel like my need is immediate, no matter what. They call about one week after the work is completed to make sure things were repaired properly and to my satisfaction!
