Had multiple cars worked on over the last several years including Buick Park Avenues and Toyota Camry and Avalon. John Sho, owner, almost always answers the phone or gets back promptly. Clearly and concisely communicates what problems are found after had a chance to inspect. Really come to appreciate two main things about EZ Auto service: 1) Addresses problems and repairs but also tells customers if a certain hose, belt, part, etc., should also be replaced to save future, eventual replacement (save the labor of tear apart and put back). 2) Takes time - unlike dealers and other shops and doctors! - to discuss on the phone, before he has seen the car, the symptons and possible causes. Important for DIY home mechanics like me who want to at least try own work (decades of changing engine oil and what I can do). Noticed as drive by almost daily over the years, EZ Auto always seems to have plenty of business and large variety of cars and trucks on lot. The customer service and taking time with customers to explain I believe are main reasons why.
