They have always made right ANYTHING that was not 100%. They are extremely competent and go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied.

This is a third generation, family owned business started in 1939. Loyal customers mean little advertising is needed. Some customers have been coming back for over 50 years!

The first experience I had was when I sent my elderly parents to Kellenberger's, because my Dad's car had a flat tire and they were in the neighborhood. Kellenberger's fixed them up quick, charged them a small amount, and did not try to rip them off. After that, I asked around and everyone had only good things to say about this shop. That was almost 15 years ago, and I've been going there ever since. This is a family run business that has been around since the ICE age, it seems, but their skills are always up to date. And they are always honest with me, telling me what I don't want to hear sometimes, but always letting me know what is "optional" at the time, and gentle reminders when I put things off too long. They really are pros and I won't go anywhere else. :)

We have taken all of our cars to Kellenberger's for years. You might not get the $20 oil change that a quick place might give you, but what you do get is professional, honest people who will take good care of your vehicles at a fair price.

I had been going to a national chain (rhymes with Schmeineke) and they were constantly trying to upsell me. I got fed up and went to Kellenberger and I'll never go anyplace else. They're pleasant and honest. They're not cheap but not unreasonable. Most importantly, they've never tried to sell me something I didn't need.
