I think they knew that I didn't know much about cars (it
was my first time having to go). They carfully expalined
everything about the problem and the part that they were
going to use to repair it. I couldn't get it fixed the
first day I took it in and they looked over the car to
make sure it would be safe to drive until the next day.
The next day they explained what to expcet with the
repairs and they were very kind. It was a good first
expereince at a mechanic's.
