This shop has truly exceeded my expectations. The work is precise and the customer service is outstanding. Every repair done by this shop was completed to my satisfaction and I've never had to bring it back for the same reason. I have done some comparison shopping and have always found the prices at the Honda Clinic to be preferable. This shop always provides a written estimate before doing the work and always calls you if further work is needed. I have used this shop for all my oil changes because they give me more than and oil change, they check for wear and tear on the vehicle. If a potential problem is found, I can get an estimate on the cost to repair and also how long I can drive it until it breaks in case I need to delay repairs. This shop is extremely knowledgable about Hondas and Acuras. They only use Honda parts and are well versed in the manufacturer recommendations. I checked with Bob before buying a used Honda and he told me which models and years to avoid. Of the few times I have had a sudden problem with one of my cars, I was able to drop off the car and the shop fit it into the schedule to the best of its ability. I have never been told that they couldn't finish the work, many times the work has been done sooner than expected.

This place is great!! My family has been using these guys for 15 years, on 3 different cars and I now go out of my way just to use them. They only fix what needs fixing and will tell you what can wait until later to repair. I recommend this place to everyone. These guys are one of the few people I trust. Seems like every time I go in there, they charge me less than I expect, the work is done on time, and they are very polite and explain everything I ask them to. They are the reason I continue to buy Honda or Acura cars.

Good decent guys who did what they said they'd do, and did it right.

I found this garage on the car talk web site. I have owned the car it's entire life and have tried to take good care of it. Some years ago it started to run poorly in cold weather, But in the true spirit of car talk I moved to Georgia to fix the problem (Actually I got transferred). The problems went away. Like any problem it came back (I was forced back to the Cold and Snow.) Like magic the car started to run bad again. I took it to the Clinic and they were GREAT. I called and made a appointment. The night before I dropped the car off in the lot, Used the key drop. The next day I was waiting for the shop to open so I could call and see if my car was still there. Before I could call them they called me. Confirmed that I still wanted the work done and gave an estimate (It was a good price.) They completed the work on time. They explained what they did and what I should look out for to avoid any problems. AND they charged LESS than the estimate. I am so happy with the service that they performed. I recommend this shop to anyone that has a Honda and is in the area.

I chose The Honda Clinic based on this website, and as you can see, I'm a fan now too! Bob not only correctly diagnosed my principal problem on the phone (fuel pump relay -- as, by the way, did Tom and Ray!), but told me that the secondary problem I was concerned with could wait, because I actually had a bigger problem that couldn't (not much difference in price). So I am more than satisfied, I'm safe and sound without my gears stuck in park somewhere in the wilderness (transmission cable needed replacing). By all means, take your Honda here, they are experts and use only Honda parts, do a great job at a fair price and do not bulls--t you. In fact, I was in the process of scheduling a follow-up visit for the remaining repair when I remembered I should not just patronize The Honda Clinic, but should also joint the chorus and sing their praises here. Just as long as I can still get MY car in the door!

The shop is small and the lot is usually full, but Bob is a great guy and will give you the straight facts. Sometimes the wait to get the car in is a few days, but once they look at it, it's usually diagnosed that day, and completed the next. The labor rate is $60/hr and they usually quote higher than they actually need.

Excellent and courteous service. These people really seem to know Hondas and Acuras.

My next car will be a Honda for the sole reason that I can take it to the Honda Clinic. I took my car in last summer because the air conditioning wouldn't work & signed of on the $250+ estimate. They called me at work about 2 hours later to let me know the problem was the $7 plastic adjustment knob on the dash--and they replaced it with no charge for labor! My 109k mi 1993 Accord is on the cusp of an assortment of maintenance; they tell me which can wait until it REALLY needs it and which needs attention now. I told them flatout last time that I was convinced I needed new tires, thanks to Chicago potholes. They performed a complete inspection (FREE) with my $25 oil change and let me know the tires were fine. I'm a woman. I brace myself to be duped by an auto mechanic. Time after time these guys have honestly told me what my car needs & doesn't need. They've never taken advantage of my ignorance--and now they have a customer for life!
