Mark started working on my car SOONER than promised. Called me twice to update me on progress. Explained clearly the problems, and the options for repairing them. Told me what my next repair would need to be, but also told me that I could safely delay that expense for a few months. Mark strikes me as a straight-forward, honest, and competent mechanic. Bussy's shop is also clean and well organized, which suggests good management by the owner. I'd go back there again.

Bussy is a very competent mechanic who strives to keep his
customers. He, his son Chad, and Dave all work together very
well, and I believe that leads to excellent repair work.
Bussy's Automotive is a friendly, family owned shop, that
doesn't rip you off

I've been going to Bussy for 10 years and have never been
disappointed. We buy oldies and drive them into the dirt -
and Bussy has kept our 3 musty dusties going strong. (The
flagship of the fleet is a '94 Plymouth Voyager, if that
gives you any idea.) One time he also steered me away from
buying a used lemon when I took it in for the "I'd like my
mechanic to take a look at this" inspection. He's been a
straight-shooter with me on the relative necessity of
repairs. If something can wait six months or a year or
forever before being fixed, Bussy will tell you.

Bussy and Chad have helped us out many times. They are
honest about whether or not we need to make the repairs on
our older cars. On the new car he does the needed service
work that keeps our warranty valid - we have him do the
things like changing the belts and other warranty
maintenance work. His prices are less than the dealership
and in-line with the cut-rate places. Maybe a bit higher
than some other shops, but they do the job right the first
time. Friendly people.

Bussy's is very fair, honest, does great work and is very conscientious concerning getting your work done right. I've been taking my cars and trucks there for about 20 years now. I actually had a truck that was a few years old and took my truck to them to fix. Bussy told me that I should check with the dealership the bad part may still be under warrant which is was. Most shops would have just fixed it and charged me for the job so kudos for the honesty makes me wanna always use them if at all possible. In addition their service is very professional and always polite and will explain any work that needs to be done on your vehicle, what if consists of and why. I never leave there feeling like I got screwed unlike many factory dealerships. They also charge $15 less per labor hour than my dealership. It is the only place my wife trusts as well. She is reluctant to take her vehicle to many factory dealerships because she feels she gets screwed because she is a woman. Thanks!
