He'll send you somewhere else if he feels that someone else can do a better/faster/cheaper job than he can.

I have done business with Deny (ONE N, NOT TWO - DON'T YOU TWO READ THIS STUFF?) for 18 years, on a Mazda, Subaru, and 2 Toyotas, and at 3 different locations. Deny knows his craft, knows his customers, and doesn't play games. I wouldn't consider anyone else (unless he's too busy because I'm so foolish as to recommend him here).

Sometimes you may have to talk Deny into doing some work that the vehicle can safely do without. He is extremely conservative in his approach, and you can trust him not to do unnecessary work. He keeps good records and knows your car repair history.

I had high hopes for the shop inasmuch as I was trusting earlier posts on the Mechanic's Files. My hopes were met and exceeded. You deal directly with the mechanics who work on your car. You receive detailed information about the work done as well as recommendations for follow- up care. Service charges were very reasonable. My best experience to date in pursuing auto maintenance / repair services.

Deny and his guys kept my 1985 Toyota Tercel wagon alive until it hit 320,000 miles and finally rusted back into the earth. He's kept my 1989 Toyota RAV-4 running reliably and it's at 180,000 miles. I thought about buying a new car recently, but why? I've got Deny! This RAV-4 should get over 300,000 with Deny caring for it.
