They have always been honest with me and have fixed every problem that I have brought to them. And the don't charge extra for stupid questions.

The last time I was in John and Ken's, I described the
problem as it was diagnosed by the tire store I limped
into. The engine was seriously overheating and the guy at
the tire store didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis
because he said the gasket replacement was going to be
very expensive. So, I go into John and Ken's and tell
them about this expensive repair($$$) I would like them to
perform and later that day they called to tell me they had
replaced the cracked hose (<$).
I first went to them because I found Ken and John's on Car
Talk's website and another woman had recommended them.
Great advice.

I've used Ken and John's for 15 years and they are
fantastic! Always professional, they run a good shop. One
time I brought my car in because it was running too lean;
they charged me only $17 - just for the time it took to
figure out the problem and make a small adjustment. And,
they've not charged me if they could not diagnose
something. They are honest guys and with a good business.
They are respectful of male and female customers alike.
