I took a Volvo suspension part in that needed to be pressed out and replaced, and they did it for free. Said just bring a 6 pack of Coors next time you come by; I went right out and bought them a 12 pack, very nice guys! They are very popular so there is always a bit of a wait, though.

I have owned both foreign and domestic cars since 1960. I was first guided to Hurless Brothers in 1991, when I moved back into the area, owning a used 7-series BMW. I've bought two new BMW's since, always preferring to have Hurless service the vehicles. Enough good can't be said for the Brothers. They are honest, fair, hard-working, service-oriented - absolutely everything you could hope for in your auto mechanic! If I were to buy a car today, it would have to be a make serviced by Hurless Brothers. For the last twenty years, I've not had a single complaint regarding their service, follow-up, or costs. In a word: FANTASTIC!!

These people do not stand behind their work. They assigned an apprentice mechanic to my car and his work was not supervised. The resulting problem cost me over $450 to fix. They agreed it was their fault and would provide the mechanic with more training but refused to reimburse me for my added expense. These are not honorable people.

Todd and Brett Hurless are hands-down the best BMW/MB/Volvo shop in town, or even the northwest for that matter. I have been a customer for ~25 years and will always own a car that the brothers (and their outstanding mechanic staff) will work on. There's a reason it takes ~4-6 weeks to get into see these guys...they're that good! The phase "Hurless Maintained" is well earned and respected by those who know. If you own a BMW, Mercedes, or Volvo, you need to take your car into Hurless Brothers to experience the difference. Keep up the great work Hurless!!!
