Very fair. Owner can be a bit direct so don't expect a lot of handholding. If you like efficiency, he's yout guy.

Have had good experience with Bill. Agreed, he's a direct kind of guy, but is fair and accomodating. Highly recommended.

This business is now named "Gary's Repair Shop" Same
people, same place, same telephone number. They showed me
the exact part that was malfunctioning, and fixed it
without any monkey business. Nice people!
