I started taking my '05 Honda Element with 100K-plus miles on it to Greg when the dealer had failed to fix a won't-start issue after 5 visits, 2 tows, over $1,000 in repairs (some of it unrelated and unnecessary). Greg diagnosed this difficult problem after many hours, which he refused to charge me the full amount for 'because he should have found it sooner'! I have since returned to Greg for everything from routine maintenance to minor repairs (fortunately, Hondas don't have too many major repairs!) and have always found him to be competent and fair and especially he never pushes 'extra' repairs that really aren't necessary!

I do most of the routine maintenance on the Missus' '00 Honda Odyssey. Dietz has been my go-to shop for a number of years, when there are issues beyond my level. They are VERY good about doing exactly what I ask, nothing less and nothing more. (If they find a problem, they bring it to my attention and let me dictate how to proceed.) He's also done some warranty/recall work, so apparently he has the respect of American Honda. Most recently he did the 100,000-mile major service - but only the stuff that I couldn't, or didn't want to, handle. I'm very comfortable in recommending Dietz to Honda/Acura owners.

We took our 1986 Honda Accord in for alternator and brake work. They gave us good, reasonable quotes and were a lot faster on turn-around time than we expected (we had our car back the next day!). Not only did they fix what we brought it in for, but we suspect that they fixed the clutch as well! It could have been just a simple fix for all we know, but that little bit of extra care really goes a long way. Here's hoping we never NEED to go back, but we definitely will if/when the car breaks down again. :)

Greg and his staff are reliable, honest, fair, reasonable. I have taken my car(s) to them for years and always been given great service. Go to Greg!

I still use the Honda dealer occasionally when a discount is offered on services, but overall, I rely on these guys for service. I only wish they would work on Toyota Camrys, but they specialize and limit work to Hondas and Acuras.

I started taking my first Honda to Dietz about 10 years ago. When I needed an SUV rather than a car, I chose another Honda because of Dietz. It was used, so I had him do an evaluation and worked with the seller to reduce his price since it needed some work. No issues in the past 2 years.
