They are very patient with female customers, especially little old ladies because their mother told them to.

He replaced the engine on my 1995 Eagle AWD Summit. He was patient making sure he got the best engine possible, rejecting the first engine because it was not as advertised by the broker. He understood that I love this car, and though it is 16 years old, I treat it well, and he has helped me with keeping it on the road.

I wrote a previous good review but I take it all back. The engine he replaced in my car had the same problem and in a short time the transmission went out. And when I asked him to replace the timing belt on my wife's car he cancelled the first appointment and the second time though he had over a month to order it and the water pump, etc. on the day before the appointment he called to say he had only the belt. Then when I reminded him about the time contraints with my wife's work, that she had scheduled two days in which he could at least replace the belt he called back to say he didn't like being under that much pressure and I should go somewhere else. Nothing but excuses and telling what can't be done.

This guy blue me off again. We broke down west of Hampton and I asked to have it towed in. No he didn't want to work on it. Could he at least diagnose the problem for me. No, too busy. Make him less busy, go somewhere else.
