I've been using ATB for over 25 yrs. Once I had a car in for an adjustment to the position that the windshield wipers were "parking". During the adjustment, a technician's tool slipped, and he cracked my windshield. They had a new one in before I arrived to pick up the car. We really don't have public transportation in Ankeny, but the staff will take you home.
