Trustworthy is the primary word to describe this shop. Average customer you meet in the waiting room has been doing business with Mike for 5-15 years. All shops make mistakes or misdiagnose,Mike does not exspect his customers to pay for his mistakes and freely admits when he has misssed it. I like to know that I or my family can have a repair done and feel confident that the money was well spent.

The issue was strong, intermittent vibration in the front end of our 2005 Honda CRV. They "fixed" sagging motor mounts to no effect, but at significant (perhaps fair) cost. Then after another test drive, they replaced one axle, to no effect, and, again at relatively high cost (they said only complete axles are available not CV joints). We still have the vibration, getting stronger every day. I suspect the other shaft. We have decided not to take it back, although they wanted us to. Instead we are trading for a new car.

Mike is an awesome mechanic. He won't repair what doesnt need fixing and if the car is older will do his best to band-aid the problem. I tried MANY different mechanics in Rome before I found Mike. We had him work on about 6-7 different cars and i wont go to anyone else.
