Have taken both my old Chevy and now my Pontiac to this garage since i moved to the Atlanta area nearly 15 years ago...if they can't do the work, they have referred me to good ppl who can do the job right and at a reasonable price. This is one of several garages owned by the same guy. I even go to his Firestone garage located nearer to my home now, but will still drive to this BP Car Care location if I need a number of things taken care of. I know the owner (Jerry) and all the managers (Scott, Elvis, Rhonda, James) by name and am greeted by name when I walk in at both locations. If I have to leave the car, they have someone drive me to my home or office and pick me up when the car is ready. If something goes wrong within a few days, I know I can take it back and it will be redone at no cost. If they find a problem I'm unaware of, they will take me out to the garage (or call me if necessary) and show me what's wrong and then give me a firm quote on time & cost. I really like these folks a lot!!!!! and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the north Fulton/east Cobb county area of Atlanta :-)))).

I had been using this mechanic for several years and they'd done a decent job; however, recently I had some miserable experiences and, despite my long patronage, was met with a complete lack of customer service or desire to remedy the problem from their service managers. Because of this it has become apparently that they value the short-term relationship instead of the long-term value of a customer that comes from a trusting relationship. Indeed, this had been the only mechanic that I had visited for 7 years, then on two recent occasions there were common maintenance tasks (oil change, etc.) completed by the team, which resulted in costly repairs. In both instances I noticed something wrong immediately after I picked up my vehicle and had to take it to another mechanic because, according to them, there was nothing wrong when I took the car back. To the other mechanic (another on this list) the problem was a simple fix and relatively minor, yet undoing the damage that had been done by leaving a bolt unscrewed and a plug in a vent resulted in many hundreds of dollars in subsequent repairs. Further, when I contacted this service station about this problem they made no overture to assist in correcting the mistakes nor did they offer any assistance with repairing the damage they had done even when confronted with losing me as a long time customer. In short, I would never recommend that anyone patronize this service station - seek out another on this list.

My car has 135000 miles on it and has not been running well. I have had the same mechanic for 13 years and he recently passed away. He knew everything about my car, and I know nothing. Except a woman will get ripped off. The only reason that I went to this store was because my check engine light was on and I needed to pass emissions. Really I knew something was wrong, but, afraid to go to any repair shop. The diagnostic test is a 30 min. test and for a reasonable fee. Sitting in the comfortable lounge, I was informed of the results. He seemed honest, but, I am very skeptical of any mechanic. Not wanting to drive on the road with an unregistered car I decided to leave it there. I was given a ride on Friday in rush hour traffic from E.Cobb to the Perimeter area. I called a few local shops to find out that the price I was paying was about the price everyone else was going to charge. The next morning my car was ready. Because it was Saturday and the tag office was not open, I asked if I could leave it there until Monday. That was not a problem. As a matter of fact, I didn't have any free time until Tues. They offered to pick me up, but, instead I got a ride so I could pick up my emission cert and register my car before driving it. The employees at this location are all very courteous and answered any question I had. The price was reasonable. And the work was done in a timely manner. In fact, they probably just gained the respect of a single female customer. I will return and I definitely recommend anyone else to use them. Thank You for making my nightmare a positive experience. :) :) TLW
