I had my car repaired at Alan Cox last Saturday. Today I received a letter from them in the mail. It's a customer satisfaction survey, including a self-addressed postage- paid envelope! I'm very pleased with their automotive service as well as their customer service.

The crew has kept our 1988 Legend and Integra alive and kicking for a total of approximately 400,000 miles. Nice people, reasonable prices and great hours.

i've dealt with them for over 20yrs now and they are one of
the reasons that i've stayed in the honda/acura family for
our cars.
not the cheapest guys in town, but they know these brands,
their work is first rate and they're absolutely honest
(this was brought home when they could have really put the
wood to me. instead, mentioned that they'd seen an advisory
on the problem and to take the car to a dealership. they
could haved charged me $600 and i would never have known
the difference.
it's this type of honesty and competence that have earned
not only mine, but others referred, loyalty!

Alan has been working on my cars for years, and he is
always less expensive than the dealer, and does as good or
better job. He also points out things I am not aware of.

Overall satisfied with the transmission work done. One
portion of the repair was not mentioned and would have cost
an additional $100+ dollars. When I pushed back, they
offered to eat the cost. I was very relieved. Cost of
transmission was $1000+ less than dealer with a 12month
warranty.
