I found this shop online to have my left door, and left fender re painted. I thought since I seen they fixed luxury cars they were a good fit for me. I was WRONG, and I had several issues with my vehicle since I picked it up. The first day that, I picked my car up I noticed that the (rubber around the left side of my window seal wasn't secured), and a part on the left side of my car window was loose. They had me speak to Patrick, and when I told him about the minor issues. He told me he would see what they could do. He took it to the back, and had them fix the rubber sealing. I went home to look at my car thoroughly again, and noticed that my front lights where uneven. I also noticed there was a noise sounding like wind coming from the left side of my window. I took it back up there the next day, and Pedro got attitude with me. I was trying to tell him about the gap that is in the front of my headlights. He told me that they where made like that, and suppose to be inserted like they where inserted. He don't even know what my car looked like before, and I had to show him pictures of my car. After looking at the pictures, there was a small gap in the front, but the light still didn't look right to me. I then told me him about the noise, I was hearing from my window. He drove my car, and came back to say he didn't hear anything. That it was normal, and I need to take it to Mercedes to look at it! I agreed to leave the front tail lights alone, and he suppose to have ordered a small part that needed to be replaced by the left side window. On 4-30-2022, I had my car detailer pop the hood of my car. He had noticed that my lights where uneven, and my left right light was loose. Also, the right side of my hood was sitting a little high, and he also noticed that the alignment wasn't correct on my front end. So I took several pics and a video then sent them to everyone at the body shop. I went back up to the body on 5-2-2022, and my experience was horrible. Pedro told me my lights, and front end was like that BEFORE they even touched it that the manufacturer did it. That is his favorite thing to say to get out of fixing a car! He took my car to the back to try to tighten the left front light, and to try to adjust the hood. When I left the shop my car started vibrating, and when I got on the highway going past 60 miles per hour my car started to vibrate even harder. Now I picked my car up on 3-24-2022, and my car was driving perfectly with no issues at all. The third time that, I bring my vehicle to the body shop (now I'm having driving issues)? So I called them back at the shop, and talked to Pedro. He got a nasty attitude with me when, I asked them why is my car shaking/vibrating? He got upset, and we started going back and forth. So I hung up the phone, and immediately went up there then asked to speak to Mr. Alan. When Mr. Alan came out he immediately started talking crazy about him having 4k cameras on the property, that he don't appreciate me blaming them for something being wrong with how my car is driving now, he wish I would've taken my car elsewhere to get it fixed, because it's been a pain dealing with me, and if I would've went anywhere else, I really wouldn't be satisfied. He was very combative, and I was trying to explain that my car wasn't driving like that at all. He then went on a test drive with a repair guy, and then I went with them. As he was driving my car he said he could feel my car vibrating, but it was normal to him. I called my friend about the entire dilemma, and he told me to take it to a specific body shop to get a second opinion. My entire front alignment of my bumper, fender, and hood is not even. Now there is a (GAP BETWEEN THE HOOD AND BOTH SIDES OF THE FENDER) due to them adjusting the wrong shit, and MY CAR IS WAS NOT BLENDED! They put my car under a special light, and the FENDER, LEFT SIDE DOOR, AND QUARTER PANEL IS A PEARLY CREAM COLOR! IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE SUNLIGHT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE 2 DIFFERENT COLORS ON ALL 3 PARTS ON MY CAR! They didn't blend none of the shit, and just painted my car and put it back together for $6,100.00? Also, my left side mirror isn't adjusted correctly, and it go in to far when it automatically close. I wouldn't dare trust this body shop to touch anyones car, and they where so wrong for how they even conducted business with me. They will overcharge thousands of dollars on your car, take your entire car apart so when the insurance adjuster come out they can lie to him so they can get more money for stuff THEY ARE NOT EVEN GOING TO REPLACE OR FIX, and then they will throw your car back together without doing any (QUALITY CONTROL)! My car was at the body shop for 33 days, and they could've had my car completed way before then. This shop is so money hungry, do bad work, and will be very disrespectful towards you if you complain about their horrible work. Please BEWARE of what will happen to your vehicle if, you take it to driven collision.
