Donnie's was recommended to me through the guy who does my emissions testing, right up the road (by the liquor store- ha!) Donnie is soooo awesome! I used to go to Firestone and never had a good feeling. I always felt like they were scamming me or at least that they just wanted to get me out of there. Donnie and all of his staff are so friendly. They almost feel like family. I actually baked them cookies for Christmas! I have NEVER done that for an automechanic! Donnie even called to check up on me when I was in the hospital. I am a completely unbiased customer. I never knew these people before. But they are the most honest, friendly people and I will cry when we move and I'll be too far to take my car there. Or maybe I'll just make the drive.....

When the "Service Engine Soon" light came on, accompanied by poor engine performance, Donnie's team correctly diagnosed the problem (a leak), instead of changing out our O2 sensor. They're honest, nice folks to do business with. We'll be back.

Problem was with dual air control. Dealer was vague as to cost, etc but Donnie was very upfront that "based on the book" it would take 5 hours to fix the passenger side, 1/2 hour if the problem was on the driver side. The part had to be ordered, but once they had the part, they were very timely in doing the repair. Very neat, could not even tell they had to rip out the dash to get to the defective motor. They only charged for the time it took and not what was in the book. This business is a real asset to the community.

Fake, lazy, perverted "Christians" that spend more time feasting on their female clientele than actually doing the job they are being paid to do! Father AND son are both corrupt and rude! Feel sorry for their wives that have to deal with them on a daily basis! Couldn't wait to be rid of them after 4 days of them "working" on my car. Were not helpful in the least and didn't fix what they were paid to. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!!!

I trust Donnie implicitly. He has worked on several of my family’s vehicles in the last few years. I’ve never encountered a mechanic with his level of professional care and concern for a customer’s needs. He performs the work I request, and always calls to check before he looks into anything else he finds wrong. He tries to save me money wherever he can, while still maintaining good quality repairs. I’m most impressed with his ethical way of running his business—he’s not just trying to make money—he’s trying to keep viable cars on the road, at a reasonable cost to his customer.
