I have been dealing with this shop for nearly 20 years.
This is a family owned/operated business. They are superb
in their abilities and always have treated me fairly. They
maintain/repair approximately 12 vehicles for my family
and my business. As long as they are around I will never
go anywhere else.

I'd never had a repair place tell me something wasn't needed
before! I took my truck in for a tune-up, oil change and
tire rotation. They called and told me the morning I took
it in that in their opinion, a "major tune-up" wasn't needed
and that I should just change the plugs, the air and fuel
filter and do the oil change and tire rotation. Good quick
work and the truck runs great.

I have been using Arne's for about two years. Recently when they couldn't do an alignment as quickly as I needed, I went to another local shop. There, I was told that the alignment couldn't be done because the ball joints were too worn. I left it at Arne's, asked for ball joint replacement and promptly received a phone call. There was absolutely no need for ball joints, but I did have a worn tie rod end. The place is clean, waiting area bright and pleasant and the staff is the same. While waiting for repairs I have heard much interaction between the staff and customers. The staff is obviously well trained in auto mechanics. The explanations are honest and straight forward. When you are given an estimate, that is the price listed on the invoice when the work is done. I highly recommend them.
