First used the shop in 1988 for my first Saab after moving back from from PA/NYC to Atlanta it was the first stop when I needed work. After 15 years they have not missed a step. Highly recommend. They treat ALL customers fair and with the upmost rerspect.

They used to have quality mechanics but they have had a lot turnover and the quality of their service has is horrible, and there customer service is beyond horrible. Horrible Experience! We took my husband's 9-3 2001 Saab to S&J after it broke down. We were told that it would be fixed for about $800 and we told them to go ahead and fix it. When we picked up the car it came in just under $800 so we paid them and my husband drove the car to work. On my husband's way home from work, on the very same day he picked it up, the car broke down and we had Northside Towing pick it up and take it back to S&J's so they could fix it. We called S&J numerous times and asked to talk to Jack, the owner, to see about fixing it and he refused to return our call until over a week later and when we did talk he said he would be willing to fix it and it would probably cost about $1700 dollars! If you deal with these people do not expect them to stand behind their work. I would recommend not dealing with J&S if you value your money and want to keep your car running well. I was seriously disappointed with the service I received and with the people who work there.

Shelly knows more about Saabs then anyone I've ever talked to. She usually can and will tell what the problem is in a short (or not so short if your willing) phone call. I will never take my Saab anywhere else.
