DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. They will scam you. $1400 for a fuse!? My vehicle broke down 2.5 miles from their Royal Palm location. I informed them that my vehicle has prior electrical issues but that I just needed the vehicle to start. I was told the vehicle would not start because the PCM and it would cost $1400! I spent the next two days at length with them over the phone suggesting to them to find alternative solutions because I simply cannot pay for that. I just need my car to start! They refused all of my suggestions and were insensitive to my poor financial situation. What made things worse? I am then informed they needed to get the car to start before they could diagnose the PCM!! The $1400 fee included more than just the pcm and labor for replacement, talk about being lied to! And even then they refused to drop any unnecessary work. At this point why would anyone go further with service here? They then refused releasing my car without payment in person, refused phone payment and refused towing the car to my house. I was told a $64 hookup and $4 per mile towing which equates to $74, then a $92 diagnostic fee totalling $175.84 with tax. But am being charged $188.66 after a 10% discount that I did not want, request or authorize. By the way, they charge 6.5% sales tax when Florida sales tax has been 6% for awhile. Here's the grand finale. I got a friend to look at the vehicle who has 2 years schooling and 2 ASE certifications. My car would not start because a $3.50 fuse blew. $1400 for a fuse?!?! Why am I paying $92 for an incorrect diagnosis, two towing fees, and $1400 for a fuse? Two months and two oil changes later (6000 mi) vehicle still running. Yet the credit card company sides with Bill Tyson. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. They will scam you.
