As a single woman with little car knowledge, I am thrilled to have found Jerry. He treats women with great respect and doesn't talk down to us. He explains the problem involved, offers options and their pros and cons, and never overcharges. He has even stayed late to handle an emergency for me and was very gracious about it. I highly recommend him (and have to many people!)

Jerry is terrific. He is scrupulously honest. He knows Volkswagons better than anyone else in the city. His work is extremely high quality. He has come to rescue me with a flat tire or dead battery on multiple occasions. He provides me with a ride to work, and a ride back to the shop when I need it. I won't take my car anywhere else. On top of that he is a real character and a great guy. I've sent all my friends to him, and they have universally loved him.

I lived in Tampa for several years and had a wonderful experience with Jerry at South Florida Auto. He worked on my Jetta many times and did a great job. He takes the time to explain what's wrong and why it went wrong and he'll show you all the parts he removes and detail the work. His prices are reasonable for VW repair (much more reasonable than the dealer) and he and his staff are diligent about completing their work in a timely and efficient fashion. He would give me a ride to work when I dropped the car off and then come pick me up at the end of the day (often after 6 p.m.). Great shop! Wish I could've taken them with me when we moved out of the area.

I have a Rialta RV which has a VW cab. Jerry, the owner of South Florida Auto Repair has provided great service for the past two years. Recently, my daughter's Chevy engine blew-up. It was the result of a flooding incident 6 mos. ago. The insurance company paid for minor repairs then but should have replaced the engine. We took the car to So. Fl. and Jerry was instrumental in working with the insurance adjuster to agree to replace the engine, at no cost to her. Jerry, the owner, did the work - and then in his usual style didn't stop there. On his own he replaced the serpentine belt which he felt needed to be replaced- at no cost to our daughter. I would strongly recommend So Fl. I feel they do excellent but more importantly Jerry and his crew are true professionals who take pride in their work.
