Please don't give this shop your business! Let me explain; don't let it happen to you. This shop worked on my car and claimed to fix an oil leak, replace the timing belt, as well as a number of seals and other things. When we picked it up they told us that they'd driven it around the block once, it wasn't leaking and was all good. A few weeks later driving down the interstate, the engine ceased up because, surprise, it had lost nearly all of its oil. I towed the car to a shop in Jacksonville that I found from this website. They were fantastic, but believed that this shop had done very poor work and encouraged me to contact this shop. This shop agreed to tow the car two hours back to Tallahassee, and promised that they take care of their loyal customers. Once they were able to look at the vehicle they accepted that it was a problem with their workmanship, and promised to fix the vehicle. They said they found a replacement engine, and in a week or so, had the car running. They said they'd replaced all the parts, belts, seals, etc. Sounds all well and good then right? Well, there was some engine knocking going on, and soon the engine light was on. The car was taken back to this shop, and they claimed that nothing was wrong. Several weeks later, the car was taken to the Toyota dealer in Tallahassee, where we all learned that this shop had not replaced the engine. One thing they had done was replace the head gasket incorrectly, which was allowing coolant to leak into the engine's cylinders. Not only is the owner of this shop a poor mechanic, he is also a liar. Please don't go here.

Tuning Point has serviced our family's vehicles for at least 10 years. They have kept these vehicles running smoothly: 2002 Lincoln, 2002 Honda Odyssey, 2007 Chrysler T&C, 2008 pickup, 3 different Jeeps, and a Nissan that the local Nissan Dealership said could not be fixed. They are professional, prompt, and honest. I trust Tuning Point with the lives of my family, including my grandchildren. This is the first mechanic we have ever found that is reliable in every way. We love them.
