I have been going there the past few years. James, the service manager, is very competent and honest. On more than one occasion he told me I only needed a cheaper repair than a more expensive option, and hasn't charged for some simple fixes.

I moved from Tallahassee two years ago after living there for ten years. I miss McKenzie's. I started taking my car their in 1989 and found Greg McKenzie to be honest, qualified and reliable. I have recommended so many people to their shop that I think they named a repair bay for me. These guys are great.

After a dead battery, the parts store tested it and said the alternator was bad. James(very knowledgeable) provided a quote for replacement but recommended a retest. Retest showed the alternator was fine and dead battery was likely accidental. Problem solved very quickly and free of charge. Lifelong customer won. Honest, expertise, and efficiency unmatched.
