I have an old Honda Prelude. The mechanic was straight with his advise as to what kind of repairs were necessary and which one were not, since my car is old (195,000 miles). Most mechanics in the past used scare tactics to engaged me in repairs that were not needed. In ExperTech all of the mechanics are very polite and they are considered when it comes to an old car. The shop is spotless and the personnel is very efficient. I highly recommend it Jorge Camps

The 1st time they fixed my car, they did an excellent job, They accepted the AAA waranty and it cost me very little. The next job was re: coil, plug wires, misfire. The coil was replaced after leaving it w/ them for 2 days. They said they could not find the problem so they replaced a coil (was bad) and wire and plugs. They did not call in the warranty because they did not fix the proble and wanted to wait til I brought it in again. They stated that this time they would keep it for at least 3 days. While driving, I had a very bad misfire, and engine light on. I drove it to Ford and they diagnosed it as a incorrect placement of the plug wire and subsequent burned plg and the computer needed resetting. It took them less than 90 mins to diagnose. More mony, but it's running great. I wonder about these smaller shops at time. I did not want to waste my time and 3-5 days to get something/nothing done. NOT SATISFIED !!
