Wayne is an excellent mechanic. He diagnoses problems and fixes the car correctly the first time. He explains the problem and offers several options when recommending a fix. He doesn't care to spend time in casual conversation, is competent, thorough, and exceeds expectations. An example of this occurred when I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. At the time, the driver's window was not working correctly – it would go down slow or sometimes stop half way. I did not mention the failing window to him when I dropped the car off. When I picked up my car after the tune up, it was a nice day so I put the windows down. When I pushed the button for the driver's window, I noticed it went down fast and smooth just like it was new. I checked my invoice and there was no labor or parts charge for the window.

Wayne was able to get me in right away & promised to have the car/camper ready in 1.5 hrs. He beat that. Changed oil/filter/trany/transfer case & topped off fluids. Turned & balanced the tires on the camper. He has a large boat, but it is an old one and paid for (I asked him). He does not listen to Car Talk!

Excellent mechanic but rather expensive. Also, uses after market parts whose life span and warranty are not top shelf. But everybody does that.
