Absolutely the BEST transmission repair facility I have ever delt with...let along for Jaguar. John the owner is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain in detail, HONEST, and courteous to a fault. I can't recommend this Shop highly enough.

the worst. Ruined a nice diesel mercedes to the point I had to give it away. All the drive shaft bolts fell out, the clip to the shifter broke so couldn't shift the car, talked a big game but didn't fix a thing and I was back a number of times. Gave the car to the mechanic who recommended this turkey-from nautic trade and he finally took it back to transmission shop but not for me. Stay away from these guys.

This has been by far the best and most comfortable mechanic experience Ive had. He made me feel very comfortable by explaining to me what needed to be done and what could wait due to my lack of funds. All the guys were Very respectful, every time I came there and they got my car done reasonably fast.
