New in town, I needed repairs to a 1994 Mercury Villager
minivan (which has Nissan Quest mechanicals). I first had
them change the oil and check the minivan for a trip. They
did this well and on time. Next, I asked for an estimate
for a new timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and hoses.
The estimate was cheerfully provided. It took a few days
to get in for the work because they are very busy (a good
sign). The work was done within the estimate and completed
the same day. The work seems to have been done well, and
the minivan runs fine.

facility is clean and comfortable.
A snack bar/Deli is on the premises, with TV
and plenty of reading material.

Reno is terrific at explaining things and not treating
women like they are stupid. He always tells me what I need
now and can wait until later when I can afford it.

Bob Lee's, Inc. has been in town for many
years and has a well established reputation.
Just had a fuel/air induction system clean up.
Mileage 63,000. Mechanic mentioned the need
for this last week when I had the oil changed.
Charge, $124.95 plus tax. A notice was left in
the car stating BG 44K was used, along with
instructions to fill up the tank right away
and refrain from adding more gas until tank
almost empty. Tire rotation is standard with
an oil change, and they are the only station
in town I know of that still has full service
pumps only (at comparable gas prices).

I own a 2003 Buick Century with 72,000 miles.
Previously used a neighborhood station.
Became disenchanted with them a few years back
when they kept telling me that my brakes were
fine, even though I kept telling them that
there was a squeak. Had the car in three
different times complaining, but kept getting
the same answer. I knew about Bob Lee's, so I
decided to seek help there. One trip in,
problem solved. Dirt accumulation was causing
the problem. No more squeak! Station is a
little out of the way for me, but worth the
distance. This Buick is the best driving car I
have owned, and I can trust Bob Lee's to keep
it going for many more miles.

While installing new tires on two vehicles and getting dual diagnoses for allegedly needed exorbitant suspension work my other long time tech said this was bogus. The ball joints and idler arms were supposedly shot but the alternative exam from Whispells (see review) proved that the repairs were overkill and the existing ball joints and arms were of more than adequate trueness to do fine sans the hundreds and hundreds of dollars recommended by Bob Lee.
