My 1993 Suburban was having an intermittent cold starting problem in which it would stall within minutes of the first start and then have to sit for hours before re-starting, then it would run for the rest of the day. Larry did troubleshooting on this every morning for a week. He never did solve the problem, so Casey didn't charge me a dime. In fact, they fixed a leak in the power steering and didn't charge me for that either because they were embarrassed that they couldn't diagnose the problem. The local dealership had some fancy diagnostic equipment and was able to diagnose it for $120 and barely two man-hours over the course of four days. Even though the dealer figured it out and Larry didn't, I'll stick with honest and fair mechanics like Larry and Casey any day.

Casey has always been honest and upfront with me about the repairs on my GMC Suburban. Although it is a foreign car shop, he also works on domestic cars. He also takes care of our Olds Aurora. He is always offers me a ride home and once even delivered my car for me when I was in a bind. He looks for the lowest cost solution to get the problem fixed and takes the time to explain my options. I have enjoyed having them as my mechanic and will be sad to leave them when we move from the area.
