We originally bought our certified used 2002 Honda CRV from another dealer along with an extended bumper to bumper warranty. After some time we had a problem with the driver side door. We could only open it from the inside -- a pain in the neck but not impossible to deal with. I took it to the original dealer and was told that we slim jimmed so it wasn't covered and the price would be more than $300. We did no such thing so I told them to forget it. Later my wife took it in and was told it was partially covered and would cost about $150. She said no thanks. Some time later I had a different small problem and decided to try another dealer and took it to Holler. I explained the new minor problem then with an "oh by the way" and none of the original story I told them about the door. Jose Martinez (Service Manager) told me it was fully covered. I've been doing all maintenance and warrantee work there ever since and have sent many others there as well. The other dealership was Courtesy. Don't send anybody there.

Jose and the team have been working on my cars for more than years. They are always cordial and explain any repairs and/or alternatives in detail, with patience. They seem to have a solid inventory of parts, and overnight anything not in stock. Kind of amazing for a mechanic that emphasizes quick, in & out same day service. Many just advertise that. These guys come through.

I had my Honda Civic serviced there a few times and they were always quite good. However, when I bought a 2011 Odyssey, Holler Honda's service desk started denying warranty repairs. They blamed the dealership that I bought the van from for things that were breaking and wanted over $120 for a simple fix that should have been covered under warranty. I fixed the part myself for less than $20 and learned that it was not broken by the last dealer. Nelson, the service advisor, straight up lied to my face about what was wrong with my car. When I figured out he was lying to me, it was incredibly insulting. I will never take another vehicle to them for repair.
