I have been taking both our cars here for years. They kept my VW running - even thought I should have gotten rid of it 40K miles ago. We have since moved to Fernandina Beach - and have not found a mechnaic yet. We havent told them we moved - they will wonder what happend to us. They do a great job

You can be certain that you will be treated well at Duncan. Scott and Bill are as good as they get when it comes to turning wrenches. And while Ernie might appear to be something from a Car Talk nightmare, he's a good-old-boy that also does everything he can to help you. No matter what type of vehicle you have or the problem, Duncan Automotive is the place to take it.

I live in Canada and have been wintering in Fla since 94. I now try to wait until I am in Fla to have any work done on my car because I know I can trust them to only do what is necessary, do it right at a reasonable price, and stand behind anything they do.

Bill has done lots of different and unusual things working on my Dodge RV van and on my Mini and Scion cars. Like installing airhorns, replacing the power inverter/converter in my RV, or simple services to my cars. I always wonder how they can make money charging me so little for the amount of work they do.

Honest diagnosis, good prices, and timely fixes. They didn't try to add a bunch of other "you need to's". We then sent a friend there, and they were treated equally. Very honest and trustworthy.
