They are very freindly and fixed my truck perfectly. They even did more than they promised they would in the estimate. The best part was the cost, which was 1/2 of what some other shops quoted me. I wish I would have found them sooner.

Wife had QuarterPanel of her Isuzu Trooper painted after someone nicked it at WalMart. We went to Joes to get the paint to match, he features a paint matching system. Car took 2 weeks to finish, but was estimated at 2 days. Color was nowhere close to original. When confronted, the F Bombs went flying. This is how he talks to a Woman. F Bombs in every sentence. His crony Spanish workers came out to confront her also. She asked for the job to be redone and was told to leave the premises. We filed complaint with BBB, which went nowhere. This was back in March 2014, he still sends us the bill and has started collections.

Had LH Side QuarterPanel painted on my 71 Mustang by Joe's Paint and Body to repair bad dent. Job was not done correctly. There were sanding marks in the paint and numerous runs and the paint was obviously VERY THIN. Amazingly, the Clown used Single Stage Paint on a Clear Coated Car. I refused the job and wanted it done over with the runs, sanding marks repaired and THIS TIME in Clear Coat paint, AS ESTIMATED. --- The Owner, Joe became enraged and proceeded to cuss me out with every F Bomb you could imagine. I promptly asked for my Keys and left the premises. NO payment, no nothing. Later tjat night, I googled this Clown to find numerous online complaints. Wish I had done my homewerk first and went online. ---- Took Car to another Paint Shop in Ocoee who stated: We get alot of Joe's Customers over here. Joe's hack work paint was removed down to bare metal and done correct. I was brought over to be shown the Bondo that was added to the QuarterPanel showing that the dent was never even pulled out. ---- SAVE YOURSELF THE NITEMARE I HAD TO GO THRU and go ONLINE before you choose a Body Shop.
