I have known Carlo Barcarolo for 15 years. I am a former
auto repair shop owner and first met him when he came to
work for me as my service manager. His superior people
skills and scrupulously honest approach to business soon
earned our shop an excellent reputation and many new
customers. After I decided to sell my shop Carlo opened
Auto Precision. He has attracted some of the best
automotive talent in the area because not only do his
customers like him, his employees are like family. I highly
recommend his services, not only because he is a friend,
because he is the kind of businessman and person whose
friendship anyone would be proud to claim.

I called Auto Precision early in the morning and the phone was answered immediately by Carlo Barcarolo, the owner. I explained that I had a problem with my Ford Explorer and that it probably needed to have one of the ignition coils replaced. He said that he could take care of the problem right away so I drove over to his shop and my car was taken in within a few minutes. The problem turned out to be what I expected and was fixed in about 45 minutes (Carlo had ordered the part needed based on my phone call and had it by the time I arrived).
I was very impressed with the service I received. There was no attempt to sell me anything other than what I needed and the price was quite reasonable (much lower than the same job on a different ignition coil done earlier by a Ford dealer).
I would highly recommend this auto service facility to anyone needing general automotive repair.
