Competent, straight forward shop run by Neil & Lynn. A bit of a drive for me, for worth it for the reliable and reasonably priced services.

I tried them based on location, hours, and the recommendation from this site. They fit me in on a holiday and were very friendly. Price was reasonable. I plan to use them again next time.

UNETHICAL running business! It's appalling!! MUST READ!! Not only did they put me in a car but they also put me in a defective vehicle (on day 4 it overheated) that's when I endlessly called to get it resolved but not once did I get a call back. They would put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and even 20 mins!!! Til I just had to hang up. Seems like they even have caller ID because my calls got ignored, but the minute after I had a friend call the dealership, the phone was answered. I had no choice but to spend $2500 to repair the vehicle. THEN after waiting for two months my plates NEVER came in. They never gave me a clear answer as to what was going on after I showed up in person. All of this while my car was sitting in the garage as i couldn't legally drive it because of no plates. Come to find out, after waiting for almost 3 months and reporting them to highway and safety the investigator assigned to the case concluded that the vehicle I purchased from them had TWO liens!!! The previous owner placed the Lien because she was in the middle of a lawsuit against them!! I decided to hire an attorney and that's when Affordable Motors finally started to contact me. But at the end of the day... The total money I invested to purchase and fix the car was never reimbursed, even though, in the lawsuit with the previous owner, they lied to the judge saying they did. I had to give the car back to the dealership because they refused to satisfy the lien, my credit got screwed... And, just recently, in the Miami HERALD 4/19/13 an article "USED CAR BUYERS ARE CAUTIONED TO DO A VEHICLE HISTORY CHECK BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE LOT!! ONE WOMAN'S STORY HIGHLIGHTS HOW ODOMETER MILES CAN BE TAMPERED WITH!!" The car in the article was purchased from AFFORDABLE MOTORS!! Save yourself the headache!!! Hopefully this place will be shut down soon from running a crooked business....

SAVE YOUR TIME & ASK FOR THE CARFAX, IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH. For those who are taking the time to read this complaint please do some research on Affordable Motors Inc before you buy a vehicle from them. Just like another victim, I too asked for the car fax on my 2006 Chrysler 300 and they stated that they were having issues obtaining this info. I bought this vehicle on 4/17/2012 thinking it had 56000 miles on it. On mid febraury of 2013 I sent my husband to the Chevy dealership to trade in or sell our car. The representative/sales man presented a vehicle summary report that stated prior to the day I bought the vehicle the odometer was tampered with. It turns out a paid over $19000 (including fees) for a vehicle that actually has 186000 miles. Once i received this information I immediately began reveiwing all documentation on this vehicle. Please if you are reading this save your time and go somewhere else unless you want this frustration and aggravation be my guest. My point it that this company gives a bad name to all other local dealerships. I hope this company is shut down that way they can never prey on the innocent again. If you have any issues with this company I suggest you immediately make a report at Miami Dade Police Department and obtain a case number. Then call the better business bureau and the Department of motor vehicle. I hope this message made some impact. If you need help please email me at together we can take them out. Thank you for your time.
