Bill Trinchatella is a top-notch mechanic and an all-around good guy. His "Benz" knowledge is extraordinary. The surprising part is that Ft Walton Beach,a relatively small community, even has this guy who specializes in only Mercedes-Benz repairs. Just knowing he's around gives a good reason for hanging on to the 'ol S320.

Absolutely worst experience with a tow company ever. First of all, they were not the tow company we contacted, they just showed up out of nowhere. Then it took them literally an hour and a half to load the vehicle onto their bed. After that, once they made it to the car shop we requested (after they insulted them more than a few times) they not only nose-dived the car onto the parking lot pavement, they then proceeded to hit the back of the car with the bed of their truck bed. After all of that, the man lied to my husband straight to his face about having the key to the vehicle (as my husband watched him pull the key from his pocket and toss it into the front seat of our car). To close the debacle that was this experience, the man tried to charge my husband an exorbitant and laughably ridiculous rate for this encounter. I would stay far, far, far away from this company and the people running it.
