George, at the front desk, is extremely well versed in repairs, advises and assists the mechanics, provides fair and honest estimates, and backs up the work. For a big- name service provider, this place is very fair, and I think Georage is the difference. Some major-name service centers gouge. Not this shop.

advised me when girlfriend's ford explorer was about to selfdestruct, they gave an honest opinion of condition and told her don't put any more money in to it. George was the service advisor.

I have been impressed with the honesty of the employees; they have always been frank with me regarding the condition of my vehicle. My car is getting to be a bit long in the tooth, but they have been very helpful in letting me know what needs to be done to keep it safe. I really can't afford to do some of the major/expensive repairs that perhaps should be done, but they keep me informed of what are the most important things to take care of, helped me prioritize which things are truly important to keep it going, and which things can be postponed. I normally deal with Nelson, but have found all of the employees to be helpful.

I drove down to Cape Coral from South Carolina, planning on taking a float trip in Everglades National Park. Upon arrival, my water pump was leaking, so I'm in a pickle. These folks were chosen, after checking your "mechanics files". The 2004 Jeep Cherokee was delivered to these guys at about 1 PM on Monday. They pointed out that I also had a leaky rear axle seal, which also meant bad bearings. I thought that my float trip was surely screwed, but they worked with me and had both these repairs finished by noon the next day. That was a couple weeks ago, I am now back in SC and my Jeep is doing fine. Several things stood out: they were easy to communicate with, they were anxious to please, they got things done in a timely manner, they were cost conscious, and they did not have to, but gave me a 10% discount when I paid the bill. In my opinion, there charges were very reasonable. I would have easily paid twice the amount, if I had gone to a jeep dealer. They give me a one year Warrantee at any Firestone dealer. I have experienced tire stores tacking on unnecessary work, in the past, so was leery of this option. These guys were great, I would go back, and I would recommend them to others. Also, this is the first time I have ever posted a comment in "mechanics files". My float trip was reduced from 5 days to 3 days, but thanks to these guys, we still made it. Happy trails.
