Pat is proof that there is intelligent life coming out of Canada. He found this area when his sailboat ran aground some years back. Found that when the Margaritas flow freely, even the carbohydrate-disfunctional, or shall I say to be politically correct, weight-disadvantaged women look acceptable, except when wearing the latest Versache Thong! Anyhow, Pat plies his trade very effectively, utilizing the latest technology and is capable of reprogramming the new on-board computer systems the geniuses in Detroit have installed in the overpriced necessity we lovingly polish every weekend(sic) that drives our Gross National Product. Always a smile, particularly when he takes money from customers; Pat is one of a kind!

Not many people are repairing Audis these days. He has parts sources that are reasonable and they are installed quickly with no need for returns to re-fix.

You can trust Pat and his crew. Several other members of our church take their cars there, too. Always excellent service.

I've been taking cars to Pat since I moved to Bradenton about 4 years ago. They have always given excellent, professional service. A couple of summers ago (our rainy season) my driver's-side power window quit working (in the down position, of course). I called around noon, took the car in, and had it back by 5. They're not always the cheapest, but I'm sure they're the best.

I have been a customer of Pat's shop for over ten years. The staff members are all friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians are ASE certified, so I know that they are knowledgeable. I have also borrowed their loaner car on occasion when I've had a major repair.

Top notch service! Service manager and mechanic take the time to listen to you. After they have inspected the vehicle, you not only get a call explaining the repairs required, they email you an Inspection Report, with all the points they've checked clearly grouped into categories of "Good", "Needs Future Attention", and "Needs Immediate Attention". And they even attach photos of what needs work so YOU CAN SEE what they see. They are thorough, even catching a fluid drip I forgot to mention. Vehicle was done in timely manner and removed parts were shown to me, explaining what each issue was. They even washed my truck! I've worked in Mainframe Computer service for 37 years so I know what Customer Service should look like, and let me tell ya brother, THIS IS IT. They are now officially my primary mechanics.
