I took my Rialta, (a Winnebago with a VW Eurovan chassis), to Sam Patterson after trying 5 other repair shops to fix a tcm and instrument cluster problem. Sam never gave up on me and my problem. He identified the problems with the vehicle, was able to have the instrument cluster repaired when others said it was non repairable; then found and replaced a bad tcm which had been replaced with the wrong item. My vehicle sat from Oct. 2009 until May of 2011 until I found Patterson Automotive. I highly recommend them. Thank you Sam and Tom, for getting me back on the road again.

Sam is one of the best there is! Always does the best job possible, and explains everything.Charges more than fair prices. Can do anything a dealership can do, except suggest unnecessary repairs.I have had mostly Volkswagens, but he will work on any car you have.I wish I knew him back in the 80's, when I owned a few BMW 2002's, maybe I would have held onto one.
