I've been going to Osbourne's since I moved to Delaware. They have kept my car running and never suggested anything that wasn't worth it. If something can be fixed either cheaper (less cosmetic) or expensive, they will discuss both and give the customer the option. (For my 1995 GEO, I always go for the cheaper one.)

I moved to Delaware in 1995 and (having old cars), I asked around for referrals for a repair shop. Osborne's was mentioned and went there for an oil change. I was satisfied because they did a good job, for a fair price, were done on time AND they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. In 1995, the neighborhood wasn't too great (but I'm from the Bronx, so not an issue). The neighborhood is getting gentrified rapidly, but Osbourne's not going anywhere. I've going there ever since and have always been satisfied. In fact, when one job on my Mazda3 was going to be expensive (because the Mazda was badly designed for that repair and required the whole dashboard to be removed), both father and son Osbourne apologized for it. They even took pictures showing the why they had to do that. Although they don't have loaners, they will drive me to the train station or bus station. I would recommend them to anyone.
