Bob earned the repairs on my '92 Audi by doing superb work on the only "gold plated" '87 Hyundai in the universe. He found the reason that this little Excel GL always ran like a dog. The thermostat was no good (ran too cold). Changed the thermostat and the car runs better now than it has ever run in the last 12 years. Now I feel like a monster wanting to sell a good car like this just to buy some dumb new VW beetle. Bob and his staff are great, but the best part is he is an honest man giving the customer full value for his/her money.

They fixed an electrical problem I've had with my '89 VW Fox for 5 years, which no other mechanic, including the dealership, would touch. Bob, the owner, really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain exactly what he has done and why. My car runs better than ever. His prices are probably about as high as a dealership, but the quality of work and service is better. Talk to the man for 5 minutes about your car, and you'll never want anyone other than him working on it again.

I've never heard of a mechanic who cares as much about his customers and their cars as much as Bob does. I'm moving away from the area soon, and I worry about finding a mechanic that even comes close in honesty, integrity, and dedication.

I chose to visit this shop based on the opinions here and regret it. His prices for repairs are definitely on the high side. The dealership is much lower. Bob was very nice when I brought the car in, but when asked questions about the service for the price he quoted me, his manner changed into one of condescension and a little irritation. I would not recommend this place or visit it again.

I took my 01 Passat to Bradley's after Garnet Volkswagen told me I needed a new engine, and they wouldn't honor my warranty as they were missing my oil change records from during the free period (and I didn't keep them--dumb, I know). The low oil pressure light was on, and the pressure was low, but the engine didn't sound bad. Thank goodness I found Bradleys on Cartalk as he correctly realized the engine wasn't bad, but there was oil sludge that was clogging up the oil pump. Not a cheap fix, but definitely better than $6000++ for a new engine on a car with 42000 miles!!! And the best part is it is running better than ever now. Will be taking my car there every time now, don't trust that dealership or their oil changes!

I had the opportunity to talk to Bob while I was there and I was impressed at the amount of research that he did to know the best products, prices, and warranties for the customer.

I called to compare a Honda dealer price quote, my wife was already at the dealership, and Bob looked up the repair job and told me that the dealer was giving me an accurate price and he was only a little cheaper. He went on to explain why this particular repair job was somewhat costly. Even though he did not get my business he gave me great customer service! He will be my first call in the future.

Bob and his staff do a fantastic job! I had several problems with my 1997 VW Cabrio. Several other mechanics had failed to fix or correctly diagnose the problems; some weren't even willing to try. Over the phone, Bob was able to tell me what was wrong, and they fixed everything. In one case, it took them a few tries to fix the problem; he was patient and willing to keep trying. Bradley's keeps my old cars running great! Their prices are fair, they are honest, and always explain everything completely. Even though I live 30 minutes away, I'll never take my cars anywhere else.
