He's smart and capable. He always says what's wrong with the car, what could be done in the future, and what should be corrected immediately. He never speaks down to me, always in a logical manner that makes things easy to understand.

We have been going here for almost 20 years. (we should arrive soon...) They do great work and we have never had any unpleasant surprises. They are friendly, explain the options and answer any questions we have.

The shop specializes in foregin vehicles but will work on American models. Started using them in the early 70s when we had a VW, presently have a Mazda MPV van and a Ford pickup truck. Approximately 10 years ago I requested the timing belt be changed per the car manual's recommendations and was told that particular model vehicle (don't remember what I had at the time) typically had no history of timing belt problems and suggested the work not be done. I never had a problem with the timing belt and would have thrown away a large sum of money had the work been done. I find this business to be very honest!

I have a 2001 Kia Sportage. This was the first time, in the life of my car, that it was analyzed and fixed in a truly professional manner. I have full, total and absolute confidence that my car will be fixed properly at a fair price. What else is there to say?

They always take time to explain what they will do, have done, or answer any and all questions the customer has! Very personable and professional.

They provide explanations of the problem and the needed solution in a clear and lucid fashion. When they know you have a technical background in that particular system (hydraulic, electrical, etc), they are able to give an in- depth, technical explanation if desired - a great "plus." Further, they explain any options you have regarding the repair. I give them my highest recommendation for anyone needing their auto problems addressed correctly, the first time. Kudos!

I am shocked at all the positive reviews for Martell's they were horrible to me and would never recommend them. I called to make an appt for my 40,000 mile "check up" when I walked in with my book that keeps track of all the maintenance, I realized they had done the 40,000 check up last time and said to just to an oil change. When I picked up the car I found out they ignored my request, because their brother (another owner) said so and did the 40,000 mile check up, which was 500.00+ vs the requested oil change. They would not refund my money or compensate me and would not even say sorry. That is a crooked way to do business. Up until that point my father, mother, and I all took cars there. no more.
