I have given Doug plenty of oppourtunity to do extra work. He never takes it. He does just what I ask or is necessary. My neighbors and I have all had good expriences with him.

As my car was being rolled off of the tow truck into their yard, I wimpered that I had just broken a fuse clip, trying to figure out why my tail light didn't work, on my only other mode of transportation, a motorcycle. One of the guys told me to ride it over at quitting time, and he'd help me add an external fuse thingy. So, in 90+ degree heat, on his own time, he ended up trying to diagnose what turned out to be a nasty wiring problem on my bike. (We gave up, and my eventual solution was to pull out one of the light bulbs, and duct-tape a flashlight to the hole where it was.)

I was in town visiting family and Doug was able to get my car fixed and back to me within 24 hours. No appointment and at a more than reasonable rate! I have worked for both Toyota and VW dealers and this is the quality of independant shop the dealers fear! OUTSTANDING!!!!
