It seems they think they can BS a woman. When I pressed
them with questions about a diagnosis and repair the
manager was either clueless or really thought he could pull
one on me. They had failed to align the front tire
correctly, after a repair. When I questioned whether it
was aligned properly or not, they actually told me that it
couldn't be done because of the repair. When the tire then
blew out from severely uneven wear they disclaimed any
resonsibility. Phooey on me for believing them. When I
took the car to a name-brand tire store they didn't have
any problem realigning the wheels.
