Will tell you of other work that must - may need to be done
and when they would recommend when it needs to be done,
WITH NO PRESSURE.
If you start to work on your own car, and get in over your
head, they will take over the job and NOT over charge you
for your attempt.
Sometimes, they will not have your statement ready when the
car is and they will let you take the car and come back
later to pay.
Can workout payment if things get bigger than you thought
they would.

As much as it is possible to love taking your car to the mechanic, I love having these guys fix my car. When I have a problem I know I'll get good advice, they will take the time to explain the problem to me and won't recommend any unneeded or unnecessarily expensive repairs. I had some terrible experiences with other mechanics after going away to school out of state (before the nissan I had a Mazda that was a total lemon) and after that I brought my car home from Pennsylvania for repairs whenever possible. Can't recommend them highly enough!
